Important information regarding refunds:

Regional Training Days are non-profit making, and often subsidised by SWOT funds.  The organisers of RTDs therefore aim to run them at cost price, which means they are working on an exact budget, and late refunds risk the day being run at a loss.  Refunds will be available if the ticket is cancelled prior to booking closing at the discretion of the SWOT Committee, if the budget allows.  Refunds will not be available if the ticket is cancelled after booking has closed.  Refunds will not be available for non-attendance.  Please contact the SWOT Education Rep at severnswoteducation@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your booking.
